• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if valid credit card details are not provided.
• In case of cancellation, please contact us by phone.
• Cancellation Policy:
• If the reservation is canceled 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled 14-21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE (FORMERLY STAY TAX)

The climate resilience fee is as follows:

• From November to March, the charge is €3.00 per room per night.
• From April to October, the charge is €10.00 per room per night.

PET POLICY

• Pets are allowed to stay in hotel rooms.
• Pets are not allowed in any indoor common areas.
• There is a €20.00 charge for the entire stay to cover the cost of specialized anti-allergic cleaning upon departure.
